Insight Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center announces the addition of Tim Monaco, Acupuncture Physician and Licensed Massage Therapist, to its integrative healthcare team.
Monaco brings decades of experience as a multidisciplinary, holistic healthcare provider, grounded in a lifelong passion for physical activity and wellness. A former elite endurance athlete, he competed and placed in some of the world’s most demanding events, including the Ironman World Championship (Top Finish – 5th American), Powerman Duathlon World Championship as a U.S. National Team member, and numerous ultra-marathon events, recording 12 wins between 2002 and 2011. He was the overall winner of the 1996 Vineman Ironman and Buffalo Springs Lake Ironman 70.3 triathlons in Texas.
Following his competitive career, Monaco transitioned into coaching endurance athletes and providing personal training, later becoming a licensed massage therapist in Bend, Oregon, where he worked with high-level performance athletes. He earned a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, graduating cum laude.
At Insight Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center, Monaco provides acupuncture, NeuroKinetic massage, fire cupping, acupoint injections including vitamins and homeopathic injectables, Chinese herbal therapy and microneedling.
